योजना का उद्देश्य
इस योजना का उद्देश्य छात्रों को ₹4 लाख तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण प्रदान करना है जिससे वे उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें।

The scheme aims to offer interest-free loans up to ₹4 lakh for higher education to students from Bihar.

✅ पात्रता
- बिहार निवासी होना चाहिए
- 12वीं पास और कॉलेज में नामांकन जरूरी
- आयु सीमा: 25 (Gen), 30 (SC/ST/OBC)

जरूरी दस्तावेज़
- आधार कार्ड, फोटो
- 10वीं/12वीं की मार्कशीट
- बैंक पासबुक, एडमिशन लेटर
- निवास और आय प्रमाण पत्र

🔁 चुकौती प्रक्रिया
कोर्स पूरा होने के 1 वर्ष बाद या नौकरी लगने के 6 माह बाद से EMI के माध्यम से भुगतान शुरू होता है।
🔁 Repayment
Repayment starts 1 year after course completion or 6 months after employment in easy EMIs.
📝 आवेदन कैसे करें?
- वेबसाइट पर जाएं: www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
- “New Applicant Registration” पर क्लिक करें।
- अपना नाम, ईमेल, आधार संख्या और मोबाइल नंबर भरें और “Yes” क्लिक करें।
- OTP डालें और “Submit” पर क्लिक करें।
- पंजीकरण सफल होने का मैसेज मिलेगा। अब होमपेज पर जाकर लॉगिन करें।
- अपने व्यक्तिगत विवरण भरें और “Submit” करें।
- “Select Scheme” ड्रॉपडाउन से Student Credit Card विकल्प चुनें।
- आवेदक और सह-आवेदक की जानकारी भरें।
- आपको एक Unique ID मेल और SMS द्वारा प्राप्त होगा।
- आवेदन फॉर्म का PDF डाउनलोड करें।
- कुछ दिन बाद ईमेल/मैसेज द्वारा सेंटर विज़िट की तारीख मिलेगी।
- PDF फॉर्म के साथ सेंटर जाएं और आगे की प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।
📝 How to Apply?
- Visit: www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
- Click on “New Applicant Registration”.
- Fill name, email ID, Aadhaar number, phone number & click Yes.
- Enter the OTP received and click Submit.
- You'll get a successful registration message. Go to homepage & log in.
- Fill in all personal details and click Submit.
- Select “Student Credit Card” from the scheme dropdown.
- Enter Applicant & Co-applicant details.
- You will receive a Unique ID via SMS and Email.
- Download your application form in PDF.
- You will get a message with date/time to visit the center.
- Visit center with your form and complete the rest of the process.
