Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Semesterwala, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies. As our services are digital in nature, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been availed.

Digital Nature of Services

All services provided by Semesterwala, including any assistance or facilitation, are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of these services, once availed, a refund cannot be processed under normal circumstances.

Exceptional Cases for Refund

In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered within 3 hours of payment, provided that all concerned parties involved agree.

  • - For admission-related services: The student, the concerned college/university, and Semesterwala must all be in agreement.
  • - For internship-related services: The student, the college (if applicable), and the company applied to must all be in agreement.

Only when all relevant parties mutually agree, can a cancellation and refund be initiated within the defined time frame.

Process for Requesting Refund

To request a refund (within the allowed time frame), the student must immediately contact our support team with the payment details and reason for cancellation. The request will then be reviewed in consultation with all concerned parties. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

No Refunds After Service Availment

Once a student has availed the service (e.g., counselling session attended, admission form processed, internship application forwarded), no refunds will be entertained, irrespective of circumstances.
